TL;DR

Deadline reports Phil Lord and Chris Miller envision Spider-Noir as a self-contained, big-but-lightweight noir for MGM+ and Prime Video, with Nicolas Cage as an older, washed-up Ben Reilly inspired by a Bogart-Bugs Bunny blend; the show will mix a sharp detective mystery with humor, created by Oren Uziel with director Harry Bradbeer, and supported by Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li and Karen Rodriguez. It’s designed as standalone fiction rather than part of a larger Spider-Verse, with production details teased for a panel.
