Affleck and Jamie Ding Take Home $1 Million for Congo Charity on Millionaire

Ben Affleck and Jeopardy! champion Jamie Ding won $1 million for charity on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, a year after Matt Damon also snagged the top prize. In a tense final, they faced a turkey-pardoning question and, after calling on host Jimmy Kimmel as a lifeline and with Ding’s partner Stephen Morrison declining to answer, went with Kimmel’s guess—Spaghetti & Meatball—to win. The prize will go to Affleck’s Eastern Congo Initiative to support Congo-based community programs.
