"The Night Agent": Netflix's New Spy Thriller Delivers Slick and Engaging Entertainment.
TL;DR
Netflix's "The Night Agent" is a confident, well-made spy thriller that follows FBI Agent Peter Sutherland as he tries to protect a former CEO named Rose Larkin from assassins after she discovers corruption that goes all the way to the White House. The show also involves a parallel plot about the Vice President's daughter and her security detail. While the 10-episode requirement sometimes slows the show down, the solid cast and juggling of multiple narrative purposes make it an enjoyable watch for fans of traditional storytelling.
