The family of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose dismembered remains were found in the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla, urged that David Burke face the death penalty as he stands trial for murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and unlawful mutilation of remains in Los Angeles. They issued the statement on what would have been her 16th birthday, recounting a relationship Burke reportedly began with Celeste when she was 13 and that she had abortions, while Burke has pleaded not guilty and recently changed lawyers.
