Milwaukee Picasso etching Torero recovered from vacant apartment

A Picasso etching titled 'Torero' stolen from DeLind Fine Art Appraisals in Milwaukee in 2018 was found last week by a landlord cleaning out a vacant apartment and turned over to police; the print, one of about 30 known signed works, was valued at $35,000–$50,000 at the time and may now be worth about $50,000 as investigators continue the case.
