Royals’ next chapter: Prince George starts at Eton College

Britain’s 13-year-old Prince George begun his education at Eton College, arriving with his parents William and Catherine on his first day. He wore the school’s uniform, was welcomed by the headmaster, and walked through the historic quad as part of the traditional first-day routine. Eton, near Windsor, is one of the UK’s most prestigious boarding schools with a long list of notable alumni, including 20 prime ministers. The school finances and structure include around 270 boys per year across 25 boarding houses, and current fees for 2025/26 are roughly £63,300.
