Fatal Head-On Crash Claims One Life in Jefferson County

One person was killed and another injured in a head-on crash on Taylor's Ferry Road in Jefferson County. The collision involved a Chevrolet Trail Blazer and a GMC Sierra in the eastbound lane. The driver of the Trail Blazer died at the scene, while the driver of the Sierra was taken to the hospital. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
