A Greene County woman, Yun O. Tait, died after her 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee drove off the side of Interstate 75 in Warren County, Ohio, and into a pond, becoming submerged in water. Despite efforts by officers to rescue her, Tait drowned. The crash is currently under investigation.
