Midtown Atlanta crane collapse injures 4 and prompts evacuations.

A portion of a crane collapsed in Midtown Atlanta, injuring four workers and prompting the evacuation of at least three nearby buildings. Seven others had to be rescued from the scene. The incident occurred at a construction site on West Peachtree St. NW. Engineers are evaluating how to make the scene safe, as there is a collapse danger to the cranes. This is not the first time an unstable crane has shut down the same street in Midtown.
