Multiple Fatalities and Chaos on Baltimore Highways: Bridge Falls, Deadly Crashes, and Ambulance Theft

One person has died after falling over 100 feet from the I-395 bridge in Baltimore following a multi-vehicle collision. The individual may have been a good Samaritan who stopped to help at the scene. The Maryland Transportation Authority police are investigating the incident, and southbound I-395 is closed at the intersection with southbound Interstate 95.
