Multiple Pileups Cause Chaos on Michigan Highways.
TL;DR
A pileup involving 50 to 100 vehicles occurred on I-96 in Michigan due to whiteout conditions, causing chaos and road closures. Some drivers did not have their lights on, making it harder to see. There were a few injuries reported, but no one was seriously hurt. The road did not reopen until several hours later, and a warming and family reunification center was set up for those involved in the crash.
