Multiple Train Derailments in Kentucky Raise Safety Concerns

A train carrying 21 cars filled with vehicles derailed in downtown Glendale, Kentucky, after trying to avoid a semi truck on the tracks. No hazardous materials were on the train, and there were no significant property damages or loss of life. However, the incident caused non-life threatening injuries to an occupant of a hit vehicle and damage to an antique shop. This is the second train derailment in the same spot in less than a year. Officials are asking people to avoid the area as it could take days to clean up.
