Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw Injured in Center City Crash

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw was one of four people injured after an Uber driver ran a red light in Center City. The Uber driver and his passenger were both injured in the crash and taken to the hospital in stable condition. Commissioner Outlaw suffered pain in her back while her driver suffered pain in his left hand. None of the victims were seriously hurt. Police have not yet revealed if the Uber driver will face charges.
