Resourceful Police Officers Save Trapped Dog with Clever Baking Tactics
TL;DR
Police officers in Glendale, Arizona, used a freshly baked pumpkin muffin to rescue a distressed German Shepherd trapped in a canal. After the dog refused to come close, one officer used the muffin as a bribe to lure the dog closer, allowing them to grab its collar and remove it from the water. The dog was later reunited with its owner.
