Desert remains found near Guthrie home show no current link to Nancy Guthrie case, sheriff says
TL;DR
Human remains were found in a desert area about 15 miles from Nancy Guthrie’s Tucson-area home. Authorities say there is no indication the remains are connected to Guthrie’s February disappearance, and the site appears to have housed the body for an extended period. Police noted there wasn’t an obvious large law-enforcement presence at the scene.
