"Arrest Made in Death of 13-Year-Old Madeline Soto"
TL;DR
13-year-old Madeline Soto, who was reported missing in late February, was found dead near Hickory Tree Road. Evidence suggests that her mother's boyfriend, Stephan Sterns, was involved in her death, and he has been arrested for sexual crimes. Deputies found Soto's backpack in a dumpster and believe she was already dead when Sterns was seen returning to the apartment complex with her.
