19-Year-Old Arrested in Reston Mother's Killing Near Great Falls Trail

A 19-year-old man, Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos, was arrested in connection with the stabbing death of 42-year-old Carmen Lizet Puch, whose body was found in her car near a trail in the Great Falls area. Puch was a Reston mother and a coworker of the suspect at a local restaurant.
