Rashid Ali Bynum, the man accused of killing New Jersey councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour, pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder charges in court. Bynum was seen making faces and yawning during the proceedings. Dwumfour was shot 14 times in her car outside her home in February. Bynum, who knew Dwumfour from their time at a church, was arrested in Virginia and tracked down through phone records. Prosecutors claim to have overwhelming evidence, including cell phone records and a matched murder weapon found in Bynum's apartment. He will remain jailed until his next court appearance in October.
