Arrest Made in 2005 'Baby Skylar' Cold Case at Phoenix Airport

Phoenix detectives have made an arrest in the 2005 cold case murder of a baby found at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, identifying 51-year-old Annie Anderson in Washington as the baby's mother through DNA and genealogy. Anderson is now facing first-degree murder charges and will be extradited back to Arizona. The baby, known as "Baby Skylar," was found dead in a bag at the airport, and the case had remained unsolved for nearly 20 years until now. The breakthrough came after DNA and genealogy led investigators to Anderson, who is currently in a Washington jail awaiting extradition.
