Arrest made in murder of missing Texas woman Madeline Pantoja

A 20-year-old woman who had been missing for over a week in Midland, Texas, was found dead in a rural area southeast of the city limits, and a man has been arrested on suspicion of murder. Mario Juan Chacon, Jr. is being held without bond as the investigation into Madeline Pantoja's death continues. The search for Pantoja involved multiple law enforcement agencies and a $20,000 reward was offered for information leading to her whereabouts. An autopsy will be performed in Dallas.
