Arrest Made in Murders of NJ Councilwoman and Virginia Pastor

Authorities have arrested Rashid Ali Bynum, 28, of Portsmouth, Virginia, for the murder of New Jersey Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour, who was shot dead in her SUV on February 1. Bynum was charged with first-degree murder and a pair of gun offenses. The alleged killer knew Dwumfour through a church she was once affiliated with, and his name was in her cellphone contacts. The motive for the murder is still unknown. The Dwumfour family is relieved that the alleged killer has been caught after receiving little information about the investigation.
