Bel Air traffic stop ends in deadly officer-involved shooting

An altercation during a Bel Air traffic stop led to a police officer shooting; the suspect was flown to Shock Trauma where he died, and the officer was injured but released from the hospital. The Maryland Office of the Attorney General's Independent Investigations Division is investigating, with the Bel Air Police Department cooperating, and there’s no ongoing threat to the community.
