Boca Lawyer Charged with Murder of Father; Faces Court Appearance

Brandon Scott Labiner, a Boca Raton attorney, has been charged with premeditated first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man believed to be his father. The victim was found near a parking garage, and surveillance video showed a man riding up to the victim's law office on a bicycle before the incident. Labiner's father had filed a civil lawsuit against him over a financial dispute, alleging that Labiner had stolen over $445,000 from him. Labiner's lawyer claims his client is disputing the charges.
