Body of Missing Tennessee Woman Found Near Dam with Unknown Cause of Death

The body of a missing woman in Tennessee, Chase Stafford, was found near the Cheatham Dam in Ashland City. The cause of death has not yet been determined, and an active investigation is ongoing. Stafford was last seen on May 10, and her backpack containing personal items was found on a highway in town. Her body was found trapped under debris in front of the dam and was able to rise to the surface during routine clearing of the debris by opening the flood gates.
