Bryan Kohberger remains silent during arraignment, judge enters not guilty plea.

The families of two of the slain University of Idaho students, Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen, are preparing to sue the university, Bryan Kohberger’s university Washington State University, and the city of Moscow over their murders. The accused killer, Bryan Kohberger, appeared in court for his arraignment in Latah County Court in Moscow, Idaho, on Monday, where he refused to enter a plea on four counts of first-degree murder and burglary. Kohberger is accused of killing Goncalves, Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin on 13 November in a horror attack that rocked the college town of Moscow and sent shockwaves across America.
