Bus driver and passenger engage in dramatic shootout.

Surveillance footage shows a shootout between a North Carolina public bus driver and a passenger, identified as Omarri Shariff Tobias, after the passenger asked the driver to get off between stops. Both men were struck by gunfire and transported to a local hospital, but are expected to recover. Tobias has been arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injuries, communicating threats, and carrying a concealed firearm. The driver, David Fullard, has been fired and may face charges. The incident has been called a "tragic expression of the gun violence in our community" by CATS interim CEO Brent Cagle.
