California Doctor Intentionally Drives Tesla Off Cliff with Family Aboard.

Newly unsealed court records reveal that a California doctor, Dharmesh Patel, who drove his family off a cliff in a Tesla at Devils Slide in January, did so on purpose. Patel's wife told officers that he was depressed and had said he was going to drive off the cliff. Patel, however, claims he moved the Tesla to check the tire air pressure. Patel has been charged with three counts of attempted murder and has filed a not guilty plea. He will be back in court on June 12.
