Caregivers Livestream Abuse of Elderly Patients, Arrested by Brevard County Deputies.

Two nurse assistants in Brevard County have been arrested for allegedly livestreaming a video of a resident with dementia on April 3. During the livestream, the victim was repeatedly laughed at and prevented from getting into the bathroom. Both healthcare workers were arrested on charges of video voyeurism along with abuse and neglect of an older person. One of them faces additional charges of aggravated abuse and interception and disclosure of wire, oral or electronic communications.
