Cedar Park 'Jugging' Victim Takes Matters into Own Hands and Shoots Suspect.

A victim of "jugging" in Texas chased down and shot a suspect who had stolen money from him. The victim had withdrawn money from a bank and was inside a gas station when someone broke into his vehicle and stole the money. He then spotted the suspect's vehicle and tried to pull the driver over, but the suspects displayed a gun, so the victim pulled his gun and fired a round into the car, striking the driver in the mouth. The victim fired another round at the vehicle before it fled. The shooting is under investigation.
