Children Left Unattended in Towed Vehicle Near Mall

A vehicle with two children inside was towed in Arlington, Virginia, after the driver, Chaukina Thomas, left them behind. The vehicle was running with the air conditioning on, and the tow operator was unaware of the children's presence. Thomas has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
