Colorado Dentist Accused of Poisoning Wife Appears in Court

A Colorado dentist, James Craig, has been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly poisoning his wife, Angela Craig, with cyanide- and arsenic-spiked protein shakes so that he could start a new life with his mistress. Craig allegedly flew out his orthodontist lover from Austin, Texas, to Denver as his 43-year-old spouse lay dying in the hospital. Angela suffered a seizure and was declared brain-dead on March 15 and later removed from life support. Craig has been remanded in custody and will return to court on April 7.
