"Covington Police Probe Shots Fired Incident"

Covington police are investigating reports of shots fired in the area of Garrard and 12th streets. A man wearing a black face covering was seen brandishing a gun near a news vehicle, and shortly after, five or more shots were heard. The area is currently blocked off by police, and it is unknown if anyone is injured. The investigation is ongoing.
