A Delaware couple has been sentenced to over 150 years in prison for the "indescribable" torture of their two stepsons. Mary Vinson received 106 years while Charles Vinson was sentenced to 49 years. The abuse included kidnapping, child abuse, strangulation, and reckless endangering, with the boys enduring starvation, beatings, and other horrific conditions. The boys, now in foster care, are still dealing with issues, and attempts at placing them with permanent families have been unsuccessful.
