Delivery Driver Safety Concerns Highlighted by Recent Tampa Attacks

Tampa police have arrested Joseph Killins in connection with the kidnapping and sexual battery of a DoorDash driver. Killins approached the victim demanding cash at gunpoint, forced her into her car, and sexually battered her. The victim was able to escape thanks to her family, who had been tracking her home and rescued her from the vehicle. Killins was also charged with another robbery and was found with items from the April 18 attack that connected him to the kidnapping. He was charged with armed kidnapping, robbery with a firearm, armed sexual battery, and aggravated battery with a weapon.
