Des Moines shooting sends man to hospital.

An adult male was shot in the upper torso on Urbandale Avenue in Des Moines on Sunday morning. The man was hospitalized in critical condition but was still alive when he left the scene. Police say there is no ongoing threat to the neighborhood. The story is still developing.
