Domestic violence suspect killed by police on DC Metrobus

Police say a man suspected of killing a woman in Northwest DC fled onto a Metrobus, where he was shot and killed by officers after he pointed a gun at them; the victim, believed to be his partner, died at the scene and investigators characterized the killing as domestic violence-related. The bus was evacuated, Wisconsin Avenue was closed, and there were no reported injuries to officers.
