Joint raids by South Korean police and the US Army's Criminal Investigation Division found synthetic cannabis, vaping liquids, and cash at the suspects' homes. The soldiers are accused of distributing the drugs on the bases and communicating via Snapchat. Synthetic marijuana, known as K2 or Spice, is difficult to detect and can have adverse health effects.
