Elderly Man Fatally Attacked at New Hampshire Walmart

A 52-year-old man, Brian Roberge, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder after allegedly beating a 79-year-old man, Jan VanTassel, to death at a Walmart in Somersworth, New Hampshire. Police responded to the scene and found VanTassel unresponsive with visible head and facial injuries. Roberge is accused of recklessly causing VanTassel's death by repeatedly striking him in the head and face. Roberge is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
