Escaped Inmate Captured in Howard County After Intense Manhunt

An inmate, identified as Randy Morris, escaped from a transport van in Howard County, Maryland, during a medical appointment. After an hours-long manhunt involving multiple law enforcement agencies, Morris was captured near an industrial park.
