Family Dollar employee charged with murder for shooting shoplifter.

An Arizona Family Dollar employee has been charged with second-degree murder after shooting a shoplifter who punched him in the face. Kevin Salas Madrid, 24, allegedly fired at least ten shots, including several when the shoplifter was on the ground. Madrid has been booked into jail and admitted to making the "worst decision of his life." One employee said Madrid fired as many as 15 shots and admitted he couldn't control his anger.
