Fatal Pursuit: 8 Dead in Smuggled Migrants Car Chase

Eight people were killed in a car crash in South Texas after a vehicle suspected of carrying smuggled migrants fled from police and collided head-on with another car. The crash occurred near Batesville and is the deadliest crash involving migrants since 2021.
