Fatal shooting at Albuquerque movie theater sparked by seat dispute

A dispute over reserved seats at a movie theater in Albuquerque, New Mexico, escalated into a fatal shooting on Sunday night. Enrique Padilla, 19, is accused of shooting and killing Michael Tenorio, 52, after an argument over seats. Witnesses said Padilla fled the scene on foot and was later found hiding behind a bush outside the theater. He was wounded and taken to the hospital for treatment. Padilla is facing an open count of murder.
