Fatal Shooting at University Courtyard Apartments Claims Man's Life in Tallahassee

A man was found dead in a shooting incident at a student apartment complex in Tallahassee. The Tallahassee Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation and has stated that the public is not in danger as it appears to be an isolated incident. This is not the first shooting at the University Courtyard Apartments, which has seen previous incidents of gun violence. This shooting marks the 43rd serious shooting in the city and county this year, with nine fatalities and 33 injuries.
