Father and son arrested for murder of Tennessee gas station clerk who texted about safety concerns.

A 23-year-old Tennessee convenience store clerk, Tava Woodard, was shot dead during her midnight shift after expressing safety concerns to friends and co-workers. Two masked men, identified as Mark Sexton Jr. and his son Mark Sexton III, entered the store and stole money from her at gunpoint before shooting her. The father and son have been charged with first-degree murder, especially aggravated robbery, and other charges. Woodard's family is asking people to plant flowers in her memory. Police found matching gloves and clothing at the Sextons' home and received tips identifying them from the surveillance video.
