Romuan Jovaes Moye, the father of a 12-year-old boy found dead and malnourished in their Wisconsin home, was arrested after a four-month manhunt. The boy's body was discovered wrapped in a blanket with signs of malnourishment, fractures, and maggots covering his face. Moye, charged with reckless homicide, neglect of a child, and failure to report a death, had kept the child isolated and punished him for stealing food. He faces up to 82 years in prison and is prohibited from contacting his surviving children.
