Father's Bond Raised to $2M for Murder of 2-Year-Old Daughter in Texas

The father of a 2-year-old girl in Texas, Deontray Flanagan, has been charged with murder after allegedly assaulting and killing his daughter, Zevaya Marie Flanagan. The child's mother, Kairsten Watson, claims that Flanagan Facetimed her while he was choking the child. Flanagan had taken the child from daycare and led authorities on a 30-mile chase before being arrested. The child was flown to a hospital where she died from her injuries. Flanagan faces a murder charge and is being held in jail on $2 million bail. Watson said she contacted authorities three times about Flanagan but was told there was nothing they could do.
