FBI Shoots and Kills Armed Suspect in Minneapolis Standoff.

FBI agents shot and killed Chue Feng Yang, a man with multiple warrants for his arrest, during a standoff in Minneapolis. Yang held a sawed-off shotgun to a woman's head while leaving the house, and agents shot him to try and save her. The woman was treated for an apparent fentanyl overdose. Yang was wanted for charges of assault on a federal officer or felon in possession of a firearm, and was also involved in a carjacking and police chase. The incident is under investigation, and it is unclear if the FBI agents involved were wearing body cameras.
