Florida Mom's Alleged Shoplifting Leads to Car Fire with Kids Inside

A 24-year-old Florida woman, Alicia Moore, has been charged with aggravated child abuse and arson after allegedly leaving two children in a car that caught fire while she was shoplifting at a mall. The children were taken to the hospital with first-degree burns. Moore parked her car in the parking lot of a Dillard's at the Oviedo Mall, leaving the children inside her car. The vehicle was totaled in the incident, and Moore faces a $15,000 bond for the child neglect charge.
