Sheldon Johnson Jr., a criminal justice advocate and former prisoner, was arrested and charged with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon after a headless torso and arms were found in his Bronx apartment. The remains were identified as belonging to Colin Small, 44, and police suspect a longstanding feud between the two dating back to their time in prison.
