Former Kansas Police Officer Admits to Multiple Sex Crimes and Assaults.

Former Kansas police officer Todd W. Allen has pleaded guilty to 12 felony sex crime charges and five breach of privacy charges, including two counts of rape, two counts of attempted rape, and one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Allen sexually assaulted 10 females while posing as an on-duty officer over a seven-year span. He targeted women sitting in their cars at parks or parking lots, posing as a police officer or park security, and fondled their body parts and touched them inappropriately without consent. Allen's sentencing is set for May 22, and he faces up to 23.5 years in prison.
